I called these guys almost in hysterics because of some major septic issues I believed we were having. Melissa answered the phone and really took her time answering all of my questions, going over possible issues, best courses of action and suggestions. She got her guys out to my house within hours and called me to keep me posted on timeframe. I received SUCH great customer service and will most certainly use this company again.
I called them because toilet was backing up in the bath tub. They came the same day, but wasn't happy that drain clean out was in crawl space. Snaked the main line in crawl space, pulled toilet and snaked that. They then said we got the main open but what has happened is the main was so plugged it has pushed stuff into other drains. So the tub was still clogged. Extra fee to snake that also. Then said everything was clear. Bathroom sink still doesn't drain well and kitchen sink is clogged. When I called them they said that wasn't what they were called out for so it would be another fee to come back. POOR SERVICE. If you told me the other drains were full why not check them all.I also provided them with 2 old towels for rags. What plumber shows up with no rags?
